this is cool idea for an idle game, but this game had an fatal and major problem, the save sometimes reset once i left, when im back it take me back to tutorials, this problem showed up recently, older version not reset but always crashing instead, it same lol, ik this game just side games, not too focused on, but please fix this problem, once i make a cool music (that i forgot lol) but it was gone, reseted, this game is cool i agree, but pls fix the problem

I mean, what else do you expect? It's cool for testing out monsters and is fun, but it feels extremely outdated. There haven't been any updates to the game for years, and it's not fun with nothing new. However, there are positives! This game widens the features you get with composer island, making it so you can overlap monster tunes, use a few rare monsters, and seasonal and ethereal monsters as well.

App is very fun! I love all the My Singing Monsters games- been playing the original and Dawn of Fire for years. I recently tried this after getting a grasp on sheet music, and have been having a blast! Making melodies with the monsters is my new favorite relax time activity. I do hope to see some of the Dawn of Fire monsters eventually; my songs would greatly benefit from a Sooza. My ONLY issue with the game is lack of notes shorter than a quarter note. More notes would make this perfection!

Pre 2.0: This is the second time all of my data on this app has mysteriously vanished. I now know how to save a song as a .msm file and open it again in the app, but this is not clearly stated. The reoccuring data loss needs to be fixed and the saving process needs to be simplified by a lot. Post 2.0 edit: I am pleased by the new features added, but my previous review still stands. Also, the spunge's long notes are almost an entire half-step out of tune above high E; it sounds really bad.

Absolutely great app. Great variety of monsters and sounds, could do with more brass and the new update makes it so much better. The ONE issue is the fact that all of my progress has just been wiped of the face of the earth with zero explanation. Just woke up one day and was hit with the tutorial. Turns out if your phone dies and you have the app open u lose it all, so you better save it to you're onedrive. Still, great app, please add more brass rare reedling and bellowfish aren't cutting it

This game is a very decent purchase. That being said, there are a few things that could use fixing. First and foremost, some Ethereals (Whisp, Nebulob, and Jellbilly) are missing key parts of their vocals. Hopefully this is due to Rare sounds? It's also bothersome that you can't insert saved parts from any measure other than the first one. Finally, I'd like to be able to move Monsters around on the island and have multiples of a single monster.

Great all overall, it is really fun to transcribe songs into this app. I do have a few complaints however. Having a limit of 128 measures sounds great and all, but sixteenth notes don't exist so you have to double everything resulting in 64 measures which isn't that much. Being able to select notes instead of a measure would be great and being able to add key signatures in the middle of songs instead of for the entire song would be amazing. Finally, I would like tubular bells and more brass.

With today's update the game has gotten so much more polished it's really impressive, I'm loving the quality of life improvements the update brought. I am not sure of the progress erasing bug still exist but I don't wanna try doing it in case it's still there. Great work! Edit: Yes, the so progress erasing still exists, I just lost all my progress for like the 3rd time, man, they really have to fix that..
