Im pretty sure that NCSOFT could do better with graphics, performance and gameplay. Essence is a very easy chronicle to be remade for mobile. Try to use it instead of this "thing". Throw some money boys, a good essence like mobile L2 could take over the whole mobile gaming industry. Spend some already, been years since u actually did. I will continue to casually play the game but that's that. If u dont invest in ur own game, I sure won't. Cheers.

I liked the game despite all its p2w mechanics. I liked the afk grind, selling loot on the market and slow character development. But with the latest update 5.0.6 I can't launch the game. I get black screen and that's it. The answered that the min specs for Android is Galaxy s8, meaning that my second phone (redmi note 4) is not ed. If that the reason - it's fine. Then why is this info not mentioned anywhere on the page in Play Store? The only requirements I found was 3gb of ram.

Updated review: if you think twice, the auto fight is not really bad, because as an adult you can't invest so much time in a farming game (and Lineage was always about farming). The game is okay - graphics are good and the ingame community makes the game fun. On the other hand - bugs and a huge ton of P2W/bad random really gets on my nerves.

So I've opened a character on the wrong server, played for a week and realized, I'm not playing on the right server together with my friend. Review keeps getting deleted so I will keep posting. This is Russian release. Don't even bother if you don't understand the Russian language. If you do, then stay away all together. The game is poorly optimized even for newer phones. The UI is a mess and not even a single second in this ever felt rewarding. It is a sorry attempt at L2 and I feel bad that NCsoft even gave this a green light to be released. Also, as it is the norm for Korean mobile MMOs, it is filled with microtransactions.

1. 10 gb just to start playing. 2. No mob health and damage indicator. 3. Market sucks, you can't use adena in it, just paid crystals. 4. I always have no mana right after the start with dozens of buffs. 5. Gameplay is super boring, endless grind, for very low adena income. 6. Skill upgrade and class upgrade are very bad, 0 freedom. 7. No info about damage in skills. 8. No info about enhancement chances that is against EU law.

Even accepting that Eastern EU gets Russian servers (pros:AutoTranslate cons:Lag), the tutorial on something so important as how you build and lose Chaos (PK system) should be in-your-face clear. Other than that game looks promising. I'll probably revisit it later on..
