My wife got booted out, and was unable to log-in, so she asked me to the email address and that she was using is correct. I told her it was, but I used an internet browser to , and it was correct. I logged out of the app, and tried to log back in, and now I can't either, so both of us can't to the app. By the way, the messaging center frequently mislabels email. For example, Personal email get labeled as Promotions. Also, the app is very laggy.

I signed up for me to my volleyball skills for college recruiters. It does what they say it does, and let's coaches look at your profile, follow, and message you. However, I have to say, before you sign up, take a few days to think about it. I wish I didn't sign up because the 260$ a month is a lot, and I never use the app or the program anymore. Its just there, and it's wasting money. You can't cancel it and once you sign on you're on forever until it's paid off. So just be aware.

the platform is great, but the app is very clunky. It's basically the browser version. it's takes a while to load and it's not reliable, you're better off using the browser version. the only reason i still have it is because of the notifications.

Strangely got booted out of the app last night and have not been able to since. No issues at all with logging in on a laptop, but cannot use same information to to app. It seems app stopped working with the most recent update. *Updated again and app is running great!*

Personally NCSA didnt help me much getting recruited. It was easy to use and It gave me lots of options for schools I could go to but the price that they talk you into paying is not worth it. Not to mention getting repeating emails saying the same thing almost everyday even when you do what the email says is a hassle.

Only useful for notifications. Constantly crashes to the point my phone suggested putting it in "deep sleep". Also navigating locks up and you stuck on a selected school when trying to research. Just use the web version.

If your kid is VERY serious about playing sports, you will not need this costly program. If they are not VERY serious, this program is little more than a money pit. My child decided not to play sports and that she would be going into a trade by sophomore year. This does not stop payments from continuing to be drawn from your . Not only will they keep your money for services you never used, they will continue to take your money after you've explained you clearly have no need. DON'T DO IT!
